Pineapple Support Launches Corporate Training Series on Conflict Management and Mental Health

Pineapple Support, the adult industry’s leading mental health nonprofit, expands its Corporate Training Initiative with a new series, “Conflict Management and Mental Health First Aid.” This series of four sessions, which will be led by licensed Pineapple Support therapist Nicki Line, will start on Wednesday, October 2nd.

“These sessions are designed to equip participants with the essential skills to navigate workplace conflicts and provide mental health first aid,” says Line. “They are critical for creating a supportive and mentally healthy workplace environment. The ability to recognize a crisis and effectively manage conflicts is key to ensuring the well-being of both employees and the overall company.”

The sessions will take place on the following dates:

  • October 2nd, at 2pm EST: How to identify an employee in crisis
  • October 16th, at 2pm EST: Making a mental health action plan
  • November 6th, at 2pm EST: Distress tolerance skills for the workplace
  • November 20th, at 2pm EST: Conflict management in the workplace
