In the next few weeks, Pineapple Support will be announcing a radical new idea in mental health for adult performers —the Pineapple Summit
The Pineapple Summit will be a two-day online event featuring educational seminars from some of the top therapists, counsellors and coaches from across the globe. These online seminars will help guide us through different mental illnesses, struggles and stresses faced by performers.
They will provide coping strategies and a deeper understanding of the topics. The Pineapple Summit will be completely free to attend.

Katja is a yoga instructor here in Ibiza and has been helping people to “reinvent themselves” on the island for three years.

Breathing is healing.
