I loves helping clients heal the shame, hurt, and anxiety around past trauma, unhealthy relationships, and toxic upbringings. I have worked in a variety of settings with a wide array of populations including psychiatric hospitals, substance treatment, palliative care, and private practice. I am a US Army Veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom. I also specialize in working with pissed off men who can run towards gunfire but can’t tell their dad they love him, people tired of being doormats and who are ready to find their fangs, and high achievers / workaholics who want to stop having to prove themselves to themselves.
