I believe that in the hardest moments of our lives, we deserve to be supported, believed, and honored. My background includes years of supporting survivors in ways that center safety, validation, and removing blame. I am fluent in poly and kink, and take an affirmative and strongly de-stigmatizing approach to those of us who do sex work. I work affirmatively with neurodiverse folks and am invested in adjusting the counselling process to meet the needs of folks on the spectrum and with ADHD. The modalities I integrate are Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, EMDR, DBT, and trauma-sensitive mindfulness. I believe therapy is a unique journey for everyone, and I take a flexible and curious approach to each individual.
On a personal note, I am a proudly nonbinary person who identifies as trans, gay, and neuro-“spicy”. I have two adorable (and spirited) rescue dogs, Bruno and Miss Honey. I grew up in a small agricultural town and still love growing food and caring for green things. For more information about me or my approach, please visit my website or request a consult – I would love to get to know a bit about you and your goals for therapy.
