I’m a yoga teacher, dancer and vegan advocate passionate about health and well being for myself, all beings around me and our planet. I have always loved essential oils but in the past only really used them as perfume, massage oil and room spray, since finding doTERRA essential oils I have learned how the oils can serve us in supporting our health on so many levels. I personally have had some astoundingly positive effects on my immune system, gut health and respiratory system. I also use oils in my daily meditation and yoga practice. In fact I use these oils in pretty much all areas of my life to reduce toxic exposure and support my health.

18.00 CET & 12.00 EST – Yoga
Rachel – Rachel Spain Yoga
Yoga sessions with Rachel are fully integrated, including all aspects of yoga not just ‘the asana’ which has become the main focus for many western practitioners. expect classes to include asana (yoga postures), pranayama (breathwork), Kriya (energy activation) and Meditation (deep inward focus) The asana style varies on the needs of the student and can range from strong vinyasa flow to gentle restorative postures.Classes are fluid, strong and dynamic with a deep belief, trust and personal experience of the positive effects yoga can have, not only physically but energetically, mentally and spiritually.
“I believe, if we do the practice, every one of us has access to reach our highest potential. This practice helps us shed that negative stuff which holds us back… it takes us inwards to discover our true nature….it transcends ego consciousness and releases us from the shackles of the lower mind filled with self doubt, self loathing and criticism. Do this practice consistently without expectation and life will only get better. I can vouch for that.”
“Change is the only permanent thing in this universe. Whether you perceive it to be good or bad, don’t be afraid of it. Instead, accept and welcome it with open arms, flexibility and strength……. then it will flow more gracefully through you, rather than forcefully at you. If you are not evolving you are stuck. Yoga shifts everything……if you practice…..you must practice regularly and consistently….. with no expectation, comparison or judgement and you must practice, here and NOW”
