Confrontation with my own addictive behaviors, relational hang-ups and emotional turmoil coupled with a desire to grow out these prompted me to change careers & re-school in psychology.

I have become in the Netherlands accredited therapist and counselor, of Russian origins. I have a private practice in NL and Spain, and I am working in a team in a Dutch rehab facility.

In my work I combine various approaches from psychodynamic to somatic (body oriented) and systemic to find suitable tools to increase client’s resilience and autonomy today. Most importantly I invite a client to build a relationship that creates a learning space to integrate earlier wounds and transform them into new resources, to find new ways to restore boundaries and self-esteem.
