My job is to help people struggling with thoughts, emotions, actions, memories, or sensations related to human sexuality. Gay-identified, sex-positive, kink & trauma-informed, I work exclusively with individuals looking to better understand and make changes to improve their sexual health, self-identity, and well-being in a shame-free zone. My aim is we work together so you can move-closer to where you want to be – to sexual pleasure, satisfaction, and the relationships you desire.
My approach is, respectful, friendly, and where appropriate, has humour! Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is my therapeutic modality of choice. I aim to make the most of every minute together for better outcomes in less time.
