Pineapple Support win mainstream award for outstanding contributions to mental health care and advocacy.

Pineapple Support, the adult industry’s leading mental health nonprofit, has been named Most Dedicated Mental Health Support NPO 2026, USA by the GHP Mental Health Awards, recognising the organisation’s continued commitment to providing free, confidential mental health services to adult industry professionals worldwide.

Winning an award by a mainstream healthcare awards programme marks a significant milestone for the organisation. The acknowledgement from outside the adult industry reflects a growing recognition in the wider healthcare community of the vital work being done to support one of its most underserved populations.

The GHP Mental Health Awards recognise outstanding contributions to mental health care and advocacy across the globe. Being named Most Dedicated Mental Health Support NPO 2026 reflects Pineapple Support’s ongoing work to connect adult industry professionals with culturally affirming, qualified mental health professionals, and its mission to ensure that mental health care is a right, not a privilege.

“This recognition means so much to our team, our volunteers, and everyone who has supported this mission since the beginning,” says Tanit. “But most importantly, it belongs to the thousands of people who trusted us with their most difficult moments. This award is for them.”
