This panel examines how working in the adult industry can become a pathway for personal growth, empowerment, and healing. Drawing from lived and professional experience, speakers will explore the connections between embodiment, consent, power dynamics, and emotional regulation through practices such as BDSM and other forms of intentional sexual expression. Discussion will highlight how principles of trust, boundary setting, and authentic communication in adult work parallel therapeutic processes that support trauma recovery, body reconnection, and self-acceptance.
Participants will leave with a deeper understanding of how pleasure, agency, and mindful physicality can contribute to holistic healing and wellbeing.
