Healing Through The Mind-Body Connection

This trauma informed group focuses on the importance of a daily mind-body connection. Lindsay shares benefits of mind-body practices and ways to implement practices into a daily routine. Participants receive examples of types of mind-body practices for the purpose of healing past or present wounds as well as decreasing stress.
