Pineapple Support Welcomes ChatGains as Official Partner Sponsor

Pineapple Support, the adult industry’s leading mental health nonprofit, is proud to announce that ChatGains, a professional chat management agency for adult content creators, has joined as an official sponsor. The partnership reflects a shared commitment to building a healthier, more sustainable industry for the creators at its heart.

ChatGains provides done-for-you chat management for platform creators, handling fan messaging so performers can step away from an inbox that never sleeps. By easing the pressure to be constantly available, the agency helps creators protect their time, energy, and creativity, leaving space for content, planning, and rest.

“We don’t just support creators’ growth, we care about their wellbeing,” says David, Director at ChatGains. “The adult industry faces unique challenges, and access to mental health resources is essential. Partnering with Pineapple Support allows us to contribute to a healthier, more sustainable environment for the people who power this space.”

Pineapple Support was founded by British performer Leya Tanit in 2018, following a series of tragic losses in the adult industry due to depression and other mental health conditions. The organization, a qualified 501(c)(3) nonprofit in the United States, has connected more than 20,000 adult industry professionals with mental health services, including free and low-cost therapy, counseling, and emotional support.

“Creator burnout is one of the most common issues we see, and so much of it comes from the pressure to be available around the clock,” says Tanit. “ChatGains understands that pressure firsthand, and we’re thrilled to welcome them as a sponsor. Their support helps us continue providing vital mental health services to performers and industry professionals around the world.”

Pineapple Support were at Exxxotica Minnesota and Minneapolis providing Mental Health Services

Pineapple Support, the adult industry’s leading mental health nonprofit attended EXXXOTICA Minnesota in Minneapolis from June 26th to 28th, with the ongoing support of sponsor Fansly. Pineapple Support maintains a presence at all EXXXOTICA shows throughout the year, offering vital on-site mental health support and a welcoming space for adult creators and exhibitors.

At the event we hosted a signing booth on the show floor where attendees met creators and learned more about the organization’s services. Licensed therapist Aneesa Anderson was available providing on-site mental health support to attending creators and exhibitors. FloorPlay Financial attended the booth with their emotional support dog, Fric who provided all the snuggles.

The following creators represented us: Mr Lucky Luck, Lexy Morgan,  Anita Valentina, Red Dillinger & Money Moscato.

“These shows can be emotionally intense for many performers,” says Tanit. “Thanks to Fansly, we’re able to provide a space where people can pause, be heard, and access professional mental health care. This partnership is an example of what happens when platforms truly put creators first.”
