We are proud to share that Pineapple Support has been named Most Dedicated Mental Health Support NPO 2026, USA by the GHP Mental Health Awards.

Since 2018, Pineapple Support has connected more than 19,000 adult industry professionals with free and low-cost therapy, counseling, and emotional support. With the backing of more than 70 adult businesses and organisations, we continue to grow our reach, ensuring that no one in the industry has to face mental health challenges alone.
