Pineapple Support Kicks Off In-House Training and Support Package for Teams with Clips4Sale

Pineapple Support, the adult industry’s leading mental health nonprofit, has launched an in-house training and support program to help team members of sponsor organizations provide better care to both creators and peers and feel supported in their roles.

Clips4Sale is the first platform to fully invest in Pineapple Support’s training & support initiative. The package serves to equip team members with the knowledge and resources to better handle difficult situations and empower them with confidence and communication skills.

The program includes training, monthly support groups, and regular team check-ins:

In-house training package

Pineapple Support will provide Clips4Sale with five training modules, providing the knowledge to equip the team to better address complex and sometimes critical issues, from understanding sexuality and gender identity to identifying a performer in crisis.

In-house support groups

As part of the program, Pineapple Support is leading a monthly, in-house, 60-minute support group tailored to the Clips4Sale team’s needs — providing members with a support network, accountability, feedback, and different strategies for tackling difficult issues.

In-house check-ins

These mental well-being check-ins provide proactive support to look after the team itself, creating a space to discuss any stressors and providing support for anyone struggling. Additionally, a dedicated Pineapple Support therapist is on hand to provide check-in sessions with staff members upon request.

“As longtime members of the fetish community, C4S understands the vital importance of education and our responsibility to models and creators,” says Avery Martin of Clips4Sale. “We’re proud to work with Pineapple Support on this educational series, and to help those working in our industry do so in a way that is safe, aware, and supported.”

Pineapple Support was founded by British performer Leya Tanit in 2018, after a string of losses in the adult industry from depression and other mental illnesses. The organization, a qualified 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization in the United States, has connected over 10,000 adult performers to mental health services, including free and low-cost therapy, counseling, and emotional support.

“Our in-house training and support package is designed to take care of the health and well-being of team members, helping them feel valued and supported while creating a sense of community and team spirit,” says Tanit. “By offering Pineapple’s training initiative to their staff members, Clips4Sale is demonstrating a real commitment to its creators and workers. In an increasingly diverse industry, all platforms should be working to ensure that those on them — and those working for them — are safe and supported. I’m thankful that they’ve trusted Pineapple Support to provide this training, and I’m excited to work with them.”

As an incentive for participating organizations, the full training and support package could potentially reduce liability insurance costs. Pineapple Support provides certificates that clearly outline all completed courses, which may be taken into consideration during insurance renewals.

International Cam Models Day June 15th 2023

Get yourself ready for the biggest hug of the year. It’s time to celebrate you and the amazing job that you do!

People think that being a cam model is all about glamour and striving to become famous. They see the make-up, the clothes, photo shoots in amazing locations, and sometimes fast cars. What they don’t see is the long hours, hard work and emotional drain it can often produce. For many models, every day is the same as yesterday, it’s like your life is on repeat. Sleep ….. Eat ….. Work …. Sleep ….. Eat …… Work!

However, today we want you to ensure you take care of YOU! It doesn’t matter how big or small the gift is, you deserve to indulge. Here are just a few ideas to get you started.

Promise Yourself

Make a pledge that you will spend a small portion of your day concentrating on yourself. It could be for 5 mins, 15 mins or if you are very lucky it could be longer. Use the time to meditate, listen to some music, or have a relaxing bath. If you like to cook, make plans to cook a new recipe at least once a week. You could go for a walk, read a book or simply take a nap. As long as it’s just for you!

It can be very surprising how even a short amount of time dedicated to a single item can be so rewarding.

The List

Having aims is always important and can often make everyday life much easier to deal with. What’s even more exciting is spending time deciding what should go on your list. It could be a much needed day out, the well-deserved holiday, or even a new car. On the other hand, it could be as simple as a long soak in your favourite bubbles with a glass of wine and a good book!

We all need a reason to work hard and whether the end goal is a small pick-me-up or the glittering prize, take the time to note down your wishes and then make them a reality.

Be Kind

Being kind to others brings more pleasure than you can imagine. It’s the perfect way to elevate your soul and make you feel positive and fulfilled. One single act of kindness can change someone’s day, turning it from mediocre to amazing. Saying ‘Hi’ can bring a smile and alleviate loneliness. It takes no time at all and can make a huge difference.

Above all

Be Good to Yourself

Be Kind to Others

And Relax a Little

A rep reports that that the nonprofit has now connected more than 10,000 adult performers with mental health and emotional support services.

Leya Tanit, founder and CEO of Pineapple Support, said, “When we launched Pineapple Support in 2018, it was with the incredible hope that we could at least help a small sector of the industry. “The platforms, people, organizations and outlets that have supported us are truly responsible for this milestone, and my heartfelt thanks go out to them, as well as the incredibly talented therapists we work with,” Tanit added. “We’re proud of what we’ve accomplished and are working hard to launch more initiatives, support groups, webinars, events and campaigns over the coming months.
