Mindfulness & Movement: Yoga Workshop
May 2nd, 11am PST / 2pm EST / 8pm CET
Yoga is more than a physical practice but a mind, body, spirit, and collective practice. This trauma-informed yoga workshop will involve asana (a dynamic all-levels flow,) meditation, and mindfulness as we merge movement and breath to bring greater peace, ease, and alignment with ourselves.
Open level, please wear comfortable clothes, and have a yoga mat or blanket for practice. A pillow or cushion, blanket, and/or yoga block might be helpful but not necessary.

Moving on After Therapy – Where do I go from here?
August 1st, 11am PST / 2pm EST / 8pm CET
The workshop will focus on some of the things you can do to increase the chances of ending therapy successfully, giving you tips for successful termination. The topics covered will include:
• Reinforce the progress that was made during therapy.
• Offering suggestions about ways in which they can successfully incorporate what they have learned into their daily lives.
• Helping participants brainstorm and anticipate problems that may arise when the therapy has concluded.
• Assist in processing their feelings about termination and helping them resolve any unfinished business.
• Educating participants about additional resources that are available to them as supports once the group has ended.

Meditation In Motion

– Yin yoga cool down, to reset the nervous system, and support you to be in a state of rest and digest or parasympathetic nervous system state, for optimum healing and relaxation
– Leave feeling more deeply connected to your sensuality and expression of your inner Lover, sensual essence, your sexual and sensual energy, feeling nourished and relaxed
