Therapists

People come to therapy for countless reasons; you may have been struggling for a long time, hit a rough patch in life, found yourself in crisis, or have a particular worry that has been troubling you recently. My aim is to give you the time and space to talk these issues through. I focus on the person and what they want to achieve through therapy rather than look for a diagnosis. I can help you to explore your emotions, create new insights, facilitate change in your life, and break troubling thought or behaviour patterns.
In a nutshell, my personal therapeutic approach is pragmatic, compassionate, and individually-tailored. My goal is not just to listen, but to truly understand and make you feel heard, to create a comfortable and supportive environment through empathy and warmth, and to help you make sense of and work through what is going on for you.
Whether this is your first time talking about a problem, or you’ve been in therapy before, I will offer warmth and compassion, and provide a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space for you to talk about your life at your own pace.
