Start your XBIZ experience with a little sun, sand, and support. Come join Pineapple Support for a relaxed group session on the beach where we’ll check in, chat about what’s ahead, and build a little community before things kick off. Think of it as your pre-conference exhale — a perfect moment to meet some friendly faces and just be.

Wendy Haggerty, LMFT, AASECT-Certified Sex Therapist & Supervisor, is a seasoned therapist and the founder of Sex and Love Therapy in Connecticut and Florida. Over the years, Wendy and her team have helped thousands of individuals, couples, and partners with their unique therapeutic needs. Her passion for sexual health and well-being extends beyond therapy, as she has also served as a professor in Family Therapy, Human Sexuality, & Systemic Sex Therapy at the University of Saint Joseph. Her commitment to inclusive, affirming mental health care makes her an invaluable asset to the Pineapple Support team.

Rooted in Iyengar yoga, Charlie creates balanced, intentional classes that help students deepen their practice safely. Their Morning Alignment Yoga class offers a supportive space to start the day feeling grounded, energized, and centered—perfect for all experience levels.

Alexxx Gay (he/she/they) used to be extremely insecure. After hitting rock bottom with their depression in 2017, they went on a search to find out what makes people confident. It took several years and a lot of support but now they genuinely enjoy being their authentic self. Alex is now an internationally certified coach and sex worker who uses their work to empower others to live authentically and stand up for themselves.
Laura Desiree
Laura Desiree, based in New York City, is an Adult Industry Expert, Certified Intimacy Coordinator, Pleasure Educator, and Activist. With over a decade of experience, she has been a prominent figure in producing and presenting content tailored for adult viewership. Her work ranges from live-event immersive experiences to television and web broadcasting, blending investigative journalism with entertainment.
She is continuing education with the Institute for Sexual Education and Enlightenment, is a student member of with the American Association of Sex Educators, Counselors and Therapistsand a Level 2 Certified Intimacy Professional by the Intimacy Directors and Coordinators
Within the realm of adult content creation, Laura has spearheaded initiatives aimed at enhancing earning opportunities and improving working conditions. She has also provided consultancy services to individuals and corporations, advocating for a redefined narrative of success in Sex Work.
Laura’s impressive portfolio includes a 7-year tenure as a producer and presenter for NakedNews, hosting and producing Red Umbrella Talk, serving as lead brand strategist for the sex work marketing agency PS: Group, hosting series podcasts for Cam4 and ManyVids productions, and serving as a regular project consultant for the Museum of Sex in both New York and Miami.
