I am a psychologist and therapist with longstanding experience in crisis and critical care therapeutic work, in primary, secondary and charity settings. I have also worked in community and forensic environments and aim to deliver an integrative multi-theoretical based service. My therapy approach centres on individual weekly talking based sessions, where we work together to explore past or present experiences, making sense of the arising issues, in a safe, supportive, non-judgemental environment to explore emotions and any pressing issue in strict confidentiality.
My academic background (BSc;MSc;PgDip) is founded on clinical psychology, cognitive behavioural approach on forensic psychology and psychoanalytical psychotherapy.
I am confident working through anxiety/panic attacks, depression, personality disorders, abuse/trauma, relationship/sexuality, suicidality/self-harm, obsession/OCD, phobias, loss/bereavement, intrusive thoughts, anger, addictions, stress, parenting, low self-esteem, harassment/bullying.
