Hello! My name is Eleni Marsh. I work from a trauma-informed approach to create a collaborative relationship also rooted in mutuality where both you and I are fully present and interacting in the relationship. This is to help you gain confidence and skills in your relationships with others. I have training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and some experience with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and am ready to use those skills to assist you in managing emotions, distress and addictions. I have worked with people dealing with a range of issues–depression, anxiety, thought disorders, alcohol and other drugs, and with extensive trauma backgrounds. I like to work in a partnership with my client. You are the expert of you and I am on your journey with you to get to your chosen direction. I have experience working with people of many different backgrounds (socioeconomic, race, gender–). I very much look forward to meeting you, learning from you (remember, you are the expert of you), and working together to help you go where you want to go.
