While I’m trained in several treatment approaches, I will apply those that are in service of your growth. I work with a variety of populations, in individual, couple and group modalities, with a special interest in working with adolescents and millennials. My experience connecting with others has allowed me to be able to specialize in sexuality, trauma, and anxiety.

I believe the therapeutic relationship is one that should be a collaborative one. My work with clients includes providing tools they can use in order to address their therapy goals long after our work together. Because we all have different experiences that contribute to who we are, we need therapists who customize our healing journey to what works best for us.
