Her work focuses on the intersection of well-being, somatic healing, self-worth, and the stories we tell ourselves. Claire’s work ranges from private clients, a dozen e-books and articles, to international classes and speaking engagements.
She is the human behind of handle of @cbquality, where she has garnered hundreds of thousands of actively engaged followers.
Claire obtained her psychology degree from Vassar College before becoming certified in yoga teaching, personal training and a trained embodiment teacher. She received her Masters in Counseling with honors from Wake Forest University, and is now a licensed mental health provider in Florida. Claire is trained in EMDR and uses a hybrid mind-body approach with clients. She is a sex-positive, sexuality/gender/kink affirmative, and body liberation counselor. Claire’s life experiences have informed her work with specialties in body image, sexual trauma, PTSD, feminist theory, and wellness as a human right.
When she is not working on breaking stereotypes in wellness, Claire can be found reading, listening to music, planning trips with her loved ones, or utilizing rest as the highest form of self-care. She has a deep love for tea and toast with jam.
