I enjoy working with people who feel as though they are always on the outside looking in. I take great pleasure in helping folks find their way in the world through unconditional positive regard and gentle confrontation. I am currently training to become a certified Sex Educator through the Institute for Sexuality Education & Enlightenment (ISEE) .

Helping people feel comfortable with themselves & their sexual identity is something I strive for in my practice. But don’t worry–we don’t have to talk sex if that’s not what you’re looking for. It’s about what you need and want from our therapeutic relationship!

I specialize in working with adults on issues related to identity, anxiety, depression, grief and major life transitions. Therapy is about a concerted team effort. You have the potential to reap great rewards with what you’re willing to put into the relationship.
