Her path to becoming a therapist was influenced by personal trauma, leading her to create a safe, non-judgmental space for clients. She specializes in immigration evaluations, high-conflict custody cases, therapeutic support for adult sex workers, and sex trafficking survivors. Dr. Monique continues to learn and grow professionally through continuing education courses and regular collaboration with other providers.

To mitigate this, performers and crew should be equipped with the tools necessary to manage their own stress reactions, communicate effectively with their colleagues, and respond to abusive behavior on set. In this presentation, attendees will learn bystander intervention techniques, negotiation strategies, and conflict resolution approaches tailored to the unique needs of the adult film industry. The aim of this training is to promote a safe and respectful work environment by using trauma-informed approaches, ultimately improving the workplace experience for all involved.

Being ‘financially literate’ basically means knowing how to make smart financial decisions. It covers a wide range of topics from taxes to investing to credit. Learning the basics can empower anyone to make confident financial choices. Katherine is CEO and founder of The Only Consultant, a tax service specializing in serving the adult industry. Mia is CEO and co-founder of Mia Lee Financial, a registered investment advisory firm that also specializes in serving the adult industry. Together, Katherine and Mia will demystify financial literacy and talk taxes, investment, and retirement.
Mia Lee is CEO and Co-founder of Mia Lee Financial, a registered investment advisory firm for adult entertainers and Chief Financial Officer of Petit Mort, an industry lifestyle magazine. Mia has been a sex worker since 2018, when she left her previous 12 year career in finance. She’s done many forms of sex work ranging from full service and stripping, to cam modeling, phone sex and OnlyFans. Mia does pro-bono financial literacy work for workers across the adult industry and is licensed as both CPA (certified public accountant) and registered investment adviser in New York.
Katherine Studley is a tax accountant and content creator who specializes in helping independent entrepreneurs, particularly sex workers, navigate the complexities of taxes in a judgment-free environment. A Buffalo, NY native with a Bachelor’s in Accounting from Niagara University, Katherine began her career in CPA firms and later managed finances for a government contracting firm in Washington, D.C. She pivoted during the pandemic to support small businesses through social media marketing, where she discovered OnlyFans and identified a crucial need for tax expertise tailored to content creators. This led her to create The Only Consultant®a space where creators can address their unique financial needs without stigma.
Since then, Katherine has guided hundreds of clients on their entrepreneurial journeys. Through her firm, Prisma Tax Group, she offers tax preparation, bookkeeping, business formation, and support for small businesses. Katherine makes taxes approachable and accessible for new entrepreneurs on unconventional career paths.

Laura Desiree, based in New York City, is an Adult Industry Expert, Certified Intimacy Coordinator, Pleasure Educator, and Activist. With over a decade of experience, she has been a prominent figure in producing and presenting content tailored for adult viewership. Her work ranges from live-event immersive experiences to television and web broadcasting, blending investigative journalism with entertainment.
She is continuing education with the Institute for Sexual Education and Enlightenment, is a student member of with the American Association of Sex Educators, Counselors and Therapists and a Level 2 Certified Intimacy Professional by the Intimacy Directors and Coordinators.
Within the realm of adult content creation, Laura has spearheaded initiatives aimed at enhancing earning opportunities and improving working conditions. She has also provided consultancy services to individuals and corporations, advocating for a redefined narrative of success in Sex Work.
Laura’s impressive portfolio includes a 7-year tenure as a producer and presenter for NakedNews, hosting and producing Red Umbrella Talk, serving as lead brand strategist for the sex work marketing agency PS: Group, hosting series podcasts for Cam4 and ManyVids productions, and serving as a regular project consultant for the Museum of Sex in both New York and Miami.
