Laura is a Licensed Professional Counselor – AL 3383, an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist and graduate of the Sexual Health Alliance, as well as a Certified Sex Offender Treatment Provider. She graduated from Jacksonville State University in 2005 with a BS in Criminal Justice, and the University of South Alabama in 2008 with an MS in Community Counseling.

A native of Atlanta, GA, Laura has lived in Huntsville since 2012 and resides there with her partner, their three children, and two dogs. She cheers for the Atlanta Braves, the Pittsburgh Penguins, and the Alabama Crimson Tide!

Laura has experience with serious mental health issues, drug and alcohol use issues, trauma, as well as sexual issues such as desire discrepancy, sexual dysfunctions, and problem sexual behaviors. Laura is LGBTQIA+, kink, non-monogamy, and sex worker friendly.
