My goal is to change your perspective of behavioural health and provide nothing less than a positive experience. I am an EMDR (Eye Movement and Desensitization and Reprocessing) International Association approved therapist. I use evidenced based treatment approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, and Perinatal Mental Health training with Perinatal Support International (PSI).
My primary areas of interest are professionals experiencing burnout or compassion fatigue, trauma, and anxiety/stress. Through the use of evidenced based therapeutic approaches on our end, and a lot of inner work and self discovery on yours, the path to healing and moving forward is at your fingertips.
I help my clients understand that asking for help is a strength. As a therapist, it is important to include my client’s beliefs, practices, cultural background, and unique identity into their treatment.
