Hi and welcome to therapy! I work from a sex-positive, trauma-informed approach using client-centered care. I’m experienced in and love working with people with a variety of sexual orientations, gender identities, ages, racial and ethnic backgrounds, and practicing a variety of relationship styles. Each person in the world is unique and wonderful…and we can all have difficulties adjusting to a world which does not understand or make space for us. Getting to help others in their struggles is an honor which I feel greatly privileged to get to do. I practice humanistic, client-centered care using DBT, CBT, EMDR, and other modalities as appropriate to support individuals in their personal journeys.
