I’ve been in the behavioral health field for over 25 years serving in the US Army, working in outpatient mental health clinics, in a prison, in residential homes for chronically mentally ill adults and most recently in a hospital setting assessing those going through psychiatric crisis and in private practice specializing in couples and sex therapy.

I work with clients to embrace the idea that they are lovable, wonderful, and worthy; that they deserve the opportunity to explore their pleasure, passion, and play in whatever way that suits them best; sexually or otherwise. I want to partner with clients to discover how amazing and wonderful they are independent of any other; just on their own, in their own skin; lovable, desirable and worthy!

I’m am dedicated to creating a safe and inclusive space where my clients can address and explore their challenges as they define them and not by any negative societal/religious/familial narrative that doesn’t work for them.

I provide support, education, resources, and homework assignments that facilitate understanding, growth, and connection. I look forward to partnering with clients to begin a journey of sexual health and emotional wellbeing.
