Deciding to change your life is an incredible act of courage that can lead to greater satisfaction, better communication and relationships that meet your needs. My work is supportive and strength based, focused on supporting individuals and couples to overcome struggles and connect to their inner resources to create change, health, and happiness. My specialties include: sexual assault, relationship counseling, healing from infidelity, managing anxiety and empowering adult survivors of childhood trauma.
I have a passion for working with LGBTQIA communities, sex/gender diverse persons, and non-traditional relationships. I’m skilled in helping individuals and couples manage stress and anxiety, heal past trauma and build health communication.
I am a national Fellow through the American Assoc. for Marriage & Family Therapy, given to individuals who have demonstrated a commitment to clinical excellence in diverse communities. I appeal to clients who appreciate feedback, honesty and a direct approach with humor & good will.
