Hypnotherapy can help with all of the following:-
Depression, Anxiety, Panic attacks, Stress, Self-esteem issues, Sleeping problems, Phobias (such as spiders, agoraphobia, fear of flying), Pain management, Weight management,Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Smoking cessation, Habit-breaking
Hypnotherapy can also help with the good things in your life. If you want to improve or enhance your own particular skills, I can help. Those things that you’re already good at, but which you want to do better – like sports performance, business capabilities, general life skills – these can all be improved through appropriate therapeutic techniques.
I am a member of the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, have a Practitioner Diploma from the National Council for Hypnotherapy, and am CNHC-registered. I am fully insured, and have PVG clearance to allow me to work with adults and children..
For 25 years, I have been involved (in various roles) with Scot-PEP, an organisation based in Edinburgh which campaigns for the rights of sex-workers. That experience has allowed me to develop an empathy with those of all genders who are involved in the industry, and has enabled me to inform the wider world on the relevant issues.
Mental health issues are prevalent across all of society, including amongst sex-workers. However, due to the extent of judgementalism and lack of understanding, sex-workers often do not get the appropriate support. I would hope that my qualifications and experience can offer a unique service to those in need.
