It takes a lot of courage to ask for help. We all have experienced suffering of one kind or another throughout our lives, but it can feel very challenging to talk about your hardship with others. I would be honored to walk your path with you and collaborate on ways that we can reduce suffering and increase wellness in your life.

Many individuals would like to work on specific issues such as depression or anxiety. Others may be unsure what is wrong but feel that things could be better. Some may seek a greater sense of purpose, meaning, and happiness in life. I look forward to creating a plan and tackling obstacles with you. I offer telehealth clinical mental health counseling to Massachusetts residents. My counseling style is holistic and we will consider all aspects of you – your health, happiness, and sense of purpose.

We can also explore your connection to nature and community. My focus is on helping you change and grow in the ways that you want to. We will determine how to increase happiness and wellness in your life. I will offer acceptance and support as we work together to accomplish your goals – this is a judgment-free zone! The type of treatment provided will be flexible and will adapt based on your individual needs.

I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor in the state of Massachusetts. I received my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lesley University. I am also a certified Ecotherapist (Earthbody Institute) and a Reiki Master (trained by Libby Barnett). I have been providing therapy since 2016.

The majority of my experience involves working with adults on a variety of issues such as addiction, anxiety, depression, and trauma. LGBTQIA individuals warmly accepted. Treatment will be free of any discrimination based on age, criminal record, disability, family status, gender identity, gender expression, nationality, color, race and ethnicity, religion, sex and sex characteristics, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, weight, or anything else!
