I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and am in good standing with both the National Association of Social Work (NASW) and the Louisiana Board of Social Work Examiners (LABSWE). I earned my Bachelor’s degree in psychology and sociology from Louisiana State University in 2010 and my Master’s degree of Social Work from Louisiana State University School of Social Work in 2012. I became licensed in 2017. I am a member of the American Association of Sexality Educators, Counselors and Therapists and am currently taking classes to become a certified sex therapist from Modern Sex Therapy Institute. I use different forms of therapy and techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Imago Therapy, Strength Based Therapy, Client Centered Therapy, and Positive Psychology.

I encourage appropriate and effective coping and communication skills to empower you to live your most authentic life through establishing and maintaining healthy relationships and focusing on your strengths to be your truest self. I offer a safe, therapeutic environment to discuss innermost thoughts and stressors without being judged or questioned leading to acknowledging strengths, restoring connection, and returning to a healthier and more confident self in the way you choose to live your life.
