I practice psychotherapy through a humanistic, solution-focused, and strengths-based approach, and I employ a variety of techniques and modalities based on the unique needs of each client. I know how it feels when topics seem “off-limits” even in certain therapy settings, and I aim to approach all clients with a positive, curious attitude and uniquely alter my treatment plan modalities for each individual.
