Dealing with mental health issues without the proper training can be traumatic for both the person struggling and the person attempting to help. We know that platform staff aren’t always equipped to deal with these issues, so we’re offering corporate training sessions for our sponsors so that their employees and team members know how to react, and what resources can be provided, when someone is in need.
These highly useful, transferable skills are the first step in helping to build a greater web of support for industry workers.
Equipped with the right knowledge and training, employees who work directly with models can play a critical role in providing crisis support.
