Whether you’re navigating personal challenges, professional stress, or simply need someone to talk to, we’re here to help. Confidentially and without judgment.
Our ever-growing team of therapists includes sex worker–friendly, LGBTQ+ and kink-aware professionals who understand the unique challenges you face. We provide care that’s inclusive, affirming, and tailored to your needs.
All Pineapple Support mental health professionals are licensed, trained, and experienced. Our team includes accredited psychologists, therapists, coaches, clinical social workers, and professional counselors.
Most Pineapple Support services are completely free. We’re committed to keeping mental health care accessible for everyone in the adult industry, regardless of background or financial situation.
Our one-to-one therapy is offered on a pay-what-you-can basis. To help us support as many people as possible, we simply ask that you contribute what you’re able toward the cost of your sessions. There’s no set fee – just an honest invitation to give what feels manageable for you.
Every contribution, no matter the amount, helps us offer therapy to someone else who needs it. Your support keeps these services available and helps strengthen the community we’re building together.
No matter where you are in the world, we’re committed to making mental health care accessible. Sessions are offered in multiple languages, and we work to match you with a therapist who understands your background and identity.
