It is my goal to honor whatever struggles you’re experiencing in a productive way. The relationship that I have with my clients is the most important part in the course of counseling.

My life’s work is being with people during challenging times, providing a safe place with empathy, active listening, and guidance toward living fulfilling lives in alignment with their values. My approach is strengths-based, culturally sensitive, and rooted in mindfulness, curiosity & non-judgement. My specialties include stress, anxiety, and adjusting to new chapters in life.
