My passion is to help clients of all gender identities and sexual orientations explore all facets of their sexual self by creating a safe, honest, and non-judgmental therapy environment to support them in healing. Specialty areas include anxiety, relationships of all types, caregiver stress, depression, grief and loss, LGBTQ issues, life transitions, sexual health, and trauma.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, AASECT Certified Sex Therapist, and National Certified Counselor. I utilize a whole health model in counseling, understanding that there are many aspects of our lives affecting our wellbeing. Other influences on my work are CBT, Attachment Theory, Gottman method, and Trauma Informed modalities. Clients say they appreciate my direct, interactive approach as well as my willingness to meet them where they are and laugh with them when appropriate. I earned a Master of Arts in Counseling and Certificate in Complementary Medicine and Wellness from Oakland University and have a MBA from Pepperdine University.
